Our vacation rental home in Lutsen, Minnesota is located on Cascade Beach Road on a wonderful parcel of land with 300' frontage on Lake Superior and about 900' to the road. It is very private, no sign of neighbors, no noise from the highway.

This home was built in the sixties by a gentleman who loved the North shore of Lake Superior. It has a large shore stone fireplace for those nights where the chill is on. Plenty of windows to view the many and ever changing personalities of the lake. The interior is all knotty pine and fits the northwoods to a tee.

We bought the home and completely updated all appliances, new stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer, coffee maker, and microwave. The house had a brand new super deck added last year, a new roof, and fresh paint on the house and garage. Plus we put in a new water heater, and a brand new gas furnace. This property is in A-1 condition.
